clippy: Allow doc_overindented_list_items
After upgrading from Rust 1.85 to 1.88 in 586eefc3e4175b3fc27189c822,
clippy now warns about "overindented" lines in comments. I did not
manage to fix this by hand without breaking the second level of the
lists in question.
