When a change\nis loaded, `load_contents` parsed these names as `i8` and skipped every\nblob whose name did not parse, which is how the manifest blob is left\nout. Names from \"128\" onwards do not fit into an `i8`, so a change with\nmore than 128 actions was stored and signed in full, but read back with\nonly its first 128 actions, without an error.\n\nParse the names as `usize`, like they are written. The actions keep\ntheir numeric order, since they are collected by index.\n\nChanges with at most 128 actions read back exactly as before. A change\nwith more actions now evaluates to all the actions its author signed,\ninstead of the first 128.\n\nThe `i8` parse dates back to 5f80ee96 (\"cobs: allow for batched\noperations\"). Add a test that round-trips a change with 130 actions,\nwhich fails without this change.",
